At Palazzo Ferretti all the apartments are equipped with washing machine, safe, steam iron, ironing board, free-to-view satellite TV set. The kitchen is very comfortable and it is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. A WIFI internet access is available in every apartment at free of charge. The area has traffic limitations and you cannot drive your car into downtown without a permit (ask me, if you need it). The garden is about 200 square meters, and it has sun-beds, tables, chairs, sun-umbrellas, etc. The apartments are very close to the Cathedral Square, the railway station, the bus station, the internet shop, the restaurants and the commercial area. Artists use to rent my apartments because they are really in downtown, very close to the main studios and, at the same time, they are very comfortable and cozy. Palazzo Ferretti offers apartments with free Wi-Fi in Pietrasantas Medieval centre, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Duomo. The property features a 200 m garden with outdoor furniture, and BBQ facilities.
This accommodation comes with exposed stone walls and basic furniture. All apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, and TV. Some units have air conditioning.
Palazzo Ferretti is a 10-minute drive to Marina di Pietrasanta and its sandy beaches. Pietrasanta Train Station is 1.5 km away. Please inform Palazzo Ferretti in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. As the property is in a pedestrian area, the owners will give access and parking information for guests arriving by car.
