House Smaragdi is a traditional stone built villa located 30 metres from the sea, in the quiet neighborhood of Agios Ioannis in Pelion, next to the harbor. The property boasts views of the sea and is 20 km from Volos. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed and another one with two twin beds, a bathroom with a shower only and a separate WC. The stone walls are keeping the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, air-conditioning, a sofa bed and a dining area. Next to them, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an extra bathroom/WC. The first floor has balcony while on the ground floor there is a big veranda, both sea oriented.
