Situated in a residential coastal area 2.5 km from Sant Carles de la Rapita and a 600 metres from the beach, Villa Evisa features an outdoor pool with sun loungers and has a terrace with barbecue facilities.
There is also a terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities. The living room includes a TV and DVD player. The house also has a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.
There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 sofa beds in the living room. There are 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom. Towels are not provided and bed linen can be rented on site.
You will find shops, bars, and restaurants in the centre of Sant Carles de la Rapita. Serra de Godal Mountains are a 30-minute drive from the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the remaining 65% of the total price must be paid at least 28 days prior to arrival, along with the damage deposit.
