It offers shared gardens with swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
This ground-floor apartment is set in a gated community with free private parking. It has a terrace and a garden shared with another apartment, which offers direct beach access. The communal gardens with swimming pool also have barbecue facilities and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants, a market and bus stops within walking distance. The seaside village of La Cala de Mijas is 1.5 km away. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Centro commercial Los Olivos local 3 y 4, Sitio de Calahonda, 29649 Mijas Costa. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that free parking is for one vehicle per apartment.
