The main house was constructed in 1895 and has continued to be renovated over all the years that have elapsed since then. The actual guest accommodation is totally sepRate from the main house in so far as it is situated in the rear of the garden in two separate and fully self contained suites with the their own entries.. The garden has won many awards and is much admired. Located less than 1km from Perth city centre, The Hollies offers rooms with included breakfast and free on-site parking. This property is surrounded by lovely gardens and offers a verandah. All suites offer a flat-screen TV and classic dcor.
Situated in Guildford, the boutique Hollies B&B is 9 minutes walk from East Guildford Train Stationand 6 minutes drive from Midland. Cottesloe Beach is 40 minutes drive away. Perth Airport is 5km away.
