The home has an extensive but user friendly entertainment system in the living room, aside from that Tristant 110 is also office ready with high speed internet and wireless printing capabilities. It is also equipped with a built in humidifier system and heated floors providing for maximum comfort along with the enjoyment and relaxation from a private hot tub. This three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home has an area of approximately 2460 square feet. Bedding consists of a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, two twin bunk beds in the third bedroom which can accommodate up to eight guests. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and granite counter-tops, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The living room area has a flat screen TV, DVD players, iPod hookup and PlayStation III with Blue Ray player.
