Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time.

Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site.

This property is cashless, valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible.
