Ideally located for an active holiday, the apartments are less than 1 km from the Winterberg Ski Lift as well as only 2.7 km from Bobbahn Winterberg. Guests are also welcome to relax in the communal sauna located in the building.

The property offers one free parking space per apartment. Within 350 metres of the property are 2 charging stations for electric vehicles. A damage deposit of EUR 65 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the final cleaning is mandatory: an extra fee of EUR 41 to EUR 51 will apply. The bed linen fee is also mandatory; an extra cost of EUR 7.50 per person will apply. Towels can be rented for EUR 4 per person and kitchen towels for EUR 4 per package, upon advance request.
