This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Fitness centre is closed from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Mon 31 Aug 2020 A damage deposit of CAD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check ins after 19:00 will be subject to a CAD 50.00 late check in fee as additional staff will have to be kept after hours to cover this request. There will be no check ins after 22:00.
