The hotel is just 2-minutes from the Bournemouth International Centre and the seafront is an easy walk with no roads to cross giving access to the seven miles of award winning beaches for which Bournemouth is renowned. The hotel has a car park for the exclusive use of residents. The 35 bedrooms are arranged on 4 floors connected by a passenger lift.
