There is an additional fee of R150 charged for an out-of-hours check-in.
**Our reception & office will not be open on Christmas day. There will be no breakfast served or housekeeping services available. Guest are requested to ask for additional towels, linen etc. on the 24th of December 2017**** Within walking distance of Cape Town city and the famous V&A Waterfront, De Waterkant Lodge is a 3-star property offering colonial-style accommodation in a great location.
There are 10 guest rooms in total, all decorated in a classical style and featuring en suite bathrooms. There is also a communal kitchen and lounge area for guests use. There are also a number of self-catering units with 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen plus living and dining area.
Guests can make use of the propertys beautiful roof top terrace with its stunning views of Table Bay, the Waterfront and Table Mountain. During the summer months, breakfast is served here.
De Waterkant Lodge is surrounded by the many trendy restaurants and boutiques that make up the historical and colonial area of De Waterkant Village. Please inform De Waterkant Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Dear Visitor, this region is currently experiencing drought conditions. Please be aware that certain properties are subject to comply with local water usage restrictions. Please note that the reception and office at De Waterkant Lodge closes at 17:30 weekdays and 16:30 weekends and public holidays. The reception is closed on 25 December and breakfast and housekeeping services wont be available.
