Destination Stay: Seahorse Resort
The club resort is located just 10 minutes from Hua Hin city centre. Heading south to Khao Takiab village, the resort can be found on the right side next to Wat Khao Lan Tom. Takiab Beach is only some 250 m from the resort. The bus station is around 4 km away.
Built in 2007, the resort offers 29 guest rooms in a Mediterranean and Oriental style with rustic and modern decoration and a colourful, neutral colour scheme. A laundry service and free shuttle bus service is available. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as a safe, hairdressing salon, children's playground (fees apply), restaurant and bar. The conference facilities and Internet access may be of use to business travellers, whilst room service is also provided. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park, and an on-site bicycle hire is also available.
The rooms are en suite with a shower/bathtub and hairdryer, whilst the bedrooms are equipped with a double or king-size bed. In-room amenities include a satellite/cable TV, radio, hifi, Internet access and a safe. A kitchen/kitchenette is provided, as are a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are equipped with individually regulated air conditioning for guests' comfort, and either a private balcony or terrace.
The resort's facilities include an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, separate kids' pool and sun terrace with sun loungers (fees apply to all). An in-room spa and massage service is also provided. Active guests may like to go banana boating or biking (fees apply). Springfield golf course is located around 4 km from the resort. Guests may hire sun loungers on the nearby sandy beach.
