It is a few minutes drive from Interstate 4 and just 30 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This lovely home has an airy, attractive family room looking onto the pool deck. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay and has a well sized dining area while the breakfast gives additional informal dining. The laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer. For your entertainment there are TVs with cable TV and a DVD player and a music/CD player. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and also has a full en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have 2 sets of twin beds and share the family bathroom. Thesouth fully screened, attractive block pavedpool deck withcovered lanai is very private and faces south- a bonus for those guests who like to swim, sunbathe and dine al fresco. Located just off Hwy 27 in a quiet, relaxing community surrounded by orange groves, north of Haines City this home is approximately 30 minutes drive time from Legoland, just a 35 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy reach of a variety grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, shopping plazas, malls, golf courses and major traffic routes. Adult Minimum Age: **** Manager has a Central Check-In Office at 7830 Lake Wilson Rd, Davenport, FL 38896 ****** If guests arrive late to our office the documents are lodged in a document safe on the outside of the building - the lock box code is as per our check in instructions (1983). The Property Manager requires guests credit card details as part of the registration process on check (for imprint purposes) in the event of add-on requests from guests once in the home and also as a safeguard in case a guest causes malicious damage or loss or accidental damage/loss in excess of the $450 ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Please contact the property manager for detail at least 72 hours prior to arrival. *** Important *** Property ID: 45601 To complete your booking, you MUST register at https://www.homescheckin.com, using the Property ID above, your Check-in Date, and your Last Name. After completing your reservation, your Check-in instructions will be available on the web site 7 to 14 days prior to your Check-in Date. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All our villas are Licensed by the State of Florida and guests are required by Florida Law to complete on arrival at our office, a Guest Registration Form, including full credit card details. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to your eviction from the property. IN ADDITION, a $45.00 PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE IS REQUIRED. This PROPERTY PROTECTION FEE covers you for accidental and/or inadvertent damage or loss caused by yourself or a member of your party during your stay in the home, up to a maximum of $450.00. Any costs incurred over the maximum amount ($450.00) will be taken from the credit card details you will be required to provide on your Guest Registration form. In the event that any credit card charges are declined, guests will be expected to settle their debt in cash as part of the contract for renting the home. Please also be aware that as these homes are private homes then circumstances may change that are beyond the control of the Property Manager, such as a home being taken out of short term rental after confirmation of booking. During the winter period (November 1st to April 1st) pool heater operation can be severely affected by weather conditions, therefore the Property Manager is not responsible for pool heaters not reaching working temperature during this period and no pool heat payments will be refunded to guests or compensation paid to guests for this service. Guests are responsible for securing the home during their stay and leaving it safe whenever leaving or when checking out, including setting the security alarm (if fitted) or any security devices to windows and doors. The Property Manager is not responsible for cash or valuables left in the villas. Please note that whilst we do not expect guests to clean the property prior to departure, it should be left in a safe and tidy condition as laid out in our Guest Information Binder, located in the home.
