HotelDescription#The apartments are located in the North East of Edinburgh's New Town, 15 minutes walk from Princes Street, and just 10 minutes from the Royal Botanic Garden and the Water of Leith, close to reliable and frequent bus routes into the city centre and to the vibrant area of Leith. Guests can take advantage of some fantastic bars and restaurants on nearby Broughton street and the surrounding area. Alternatively there is a large supermarket just around the corner.

The apartments were refurbished and upgraded in 2006 and now consist of studio and 1 bedroom apartments. Guests arriving by car can park on the street operated as pay and display. There is no allocated parking for the apartments. Complimentary WIFI internet is available in all aparments and guests can also benefit from a number of extra services provided including baby sitting, access to a city gym and restaurant, theatre reservations.

The apartments consist of studio apartments which offer independence and comfort with living spaces including a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom comes complete with bath and powerful shower. All linen and towels are provided.

From Edinburgh airport to Queen street for key collection. Exit from Edinburgh airport onto Eastfield road and follow the signs for the City Centre, Edinburgh Zoo. Go through Eastfield road and turn left onto the A8. Enter into Edinburgh continuing on Glasgow Road (A8). Go through the Drumbrae Roundabout and onto Saint John's Road (A8). Carry onto West Coastes, which becomes Haymarket Terrace (A8). turn left into Haymarket and continue onto West Maitland Street. this becomes Shandwick Place which then becomes Princes Street. turn left into South Charlotte Street which becomes Charlotte Square and then North Carlottle Street. turn right onto Albyn Place, and turn left into Queen Street. We are at number 6 Queen Street ( opposite end) on the right handside , nextto the Jam House.
