The surrounding area with its beautiful, wide beaches and dunes, great views, woods and water offers all the beach- and water fun one could ask for. Surfing, sailing, diving, fishing, swimming; there is just not enough time! The resort also is the ideal base for those who love walking and cycling. The facilities in the central building make sure that your stay will lack nothing.

Guests at De Soeten Haert have free access to the indoor swimming pool at Zeeland Village (4.5 km distance) and the subtropical swimming paradise at Roompot Beach Resort (approx. 25 km). We offer free sports and entertainment activities at this park. The facilities at De Soeten Haert are closed during the midweek periods from 04-01-2016 to 05-02-2016, from 15-02-2016 to 19-02-2016 and from 07-11-2016 to 23-12-2016. De Soeten Haert is located in Renesse. WiFi access is available in this holiday park. The accommodation will provide you with a TV and a seating area.There is a full kitchen with a coffee machine. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local government.

Roompot Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking with information detailed deposit and payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.

Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment.

Please note that bookings of 3 or more guests, a deposit of EUR 500 will be charged per person.If this booking is for a family with small children, the deposit will be EUR 50 per person. Bookings of 2 guests will be charged a deposit of EUR 65 per bungalow. Any deposit applicable for a reservation is due before arrival. Please contact the property for further details. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that the final cleaning is optional: the accommodation must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 65 to EUR 85 will apply. For arrivals on 27-05-2019, 29-05-2018 and 07-06-2018 the final cleaning is mandatory.

Bed linen are optional as well; guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.95 (bed linen) and 13.95 (bed linen and towels) per person.
