This hotel is situated in quiet and somewhat elevated residential area of Puerto de la Cruz, close to Parque Taora. The beaches Playa Jardn and Playa Martinez are 2 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers transport to this zone, whilst shopping and entertainment venues lie around 150 m away. Convenient public transport links are located within 800 m of the hotel. Tenerife North Airport is approximately 25 km away.

The resort has what is possibly the most extensive garden area of all the hotels on Tenerife. Every week a guided tour is given to explain the rich botanical details to the guests. The resort has one zone completely renovated in 2006, and the other blocks were renovated in 1995. There are a total of 277 rooms, of which 80 are apartments. Facilities available to guests include the gardens and sun terrace, 24-hour reception, currency exchange service, lift access to the rooms, a TV room, games room, hairdressing salon, caf, kiosk, 2 bars, a poolside snack bar/grill, air-conditioned restaurant with high chairs, laundry service and wireless Internet connection (extra charge).
