A public bus service runs at regular intervals. The tourist centre and the harbour are at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. The nearest beach is about 1 km away (around a 10-minute walk). The lava sand beach of Los Cancajos is around 5 km from the hotel and can comfortably be reached by car. Santa Cruz de Palma airport is located around 10 km away and the nearest large city is roughly 26 km from the hotel.
The hotel was renovated in 2002 and includes a total of 96 rooms spread over 5 floors. The hotel offers guests various facilities including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, 3 lifts and a caf.
