The apartments are to be found in a villa that lies in green area along Tiburtina Street. Guests will find a bus station, a train station and a metro station only 900 m from the hotel. They may all be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by bus. The nearest public transport lies within 50 metres of the hotel. Thanks to its central location, the hotel provides the perfect point of departure for those wishing to take a magic tour of the Eternal City of Rome. This modern oasis of greenery and peacefulness is located around 5 km from the city centre. Ciampino Airport is located approximately 25 km away, whilst Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport is 40 km from the hotel.
The building was built in 1920 and has been thoughtfully furnished. The hotel is set amidst tranquil gardens, has a separate entrance and offers visitors all the requirements for a quiet and cosy stay. Renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a terrace and a total of 2 apartments on one floor only. The hotel is air conditioned and offers guests a reception, an Internet connection, a telephone, a fax machine, a photocopier as well as a meeting room (may be hired along with the reception and lies in the E. Scarfoglio 4, just 200 m away). A car park for cars and motorbikes is also available.
The apartments are suitable for 4 people and the en suite bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin and bidet), a kitchenette with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed.
