Middelburg is 13 km away. A damage deposit of EUR 115 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Roompot Vakanties will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local government.

Roompot Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking with information detailed deposit and payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.

Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment.

A security deposit between EUR 65 and EUR 115,- is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the final cleaning is obligated: an extra fee of EUR 75 to EUR 150 will apply.

Bedlinen are optional; guests can bring their own bedlinen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.95 (bedlinen) and 13.95 (bedlinen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book bedlinen and towels.
