In the center of the Tuscan countryside, the picturesque natural park of the Balze of the Valdarno, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the farm Podere Campiglia, is the ideal destination for those who intend to spend their holidays in full relax; but at the same time, thanks to its central location, offers short distances routes of incomparable historical, architectural and cultural such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo and the Chianti hills. The property is also just one km from the center of the village of Pian di Sco, also within walking distance, where you can find restaurants and shops. The farm was created in a beautiful house, built for the 90% with stone walls, from which were obtained 4 beautiful apartments renovated with great care and elegance, maintaining the characteristic materials of the old Tuscan farmhouses like the terracotta, stone and beams but with particular emphasis in maintaining all facilities. Podere Campiglia is an ancient stone farmhouse, perched on a hill in the Chianti countryside. It offers rustic apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Parking is free, and Florence is a 40-minute drive away.
Surrounded by green lawns, vineyards, and olive trees, the Campiglia features an outdoor swimming pool. The property is complete with a small wellness centre with sauna and hot tub.
Each apartment offers a private patio or terrace, rustic terracotta floors, and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings. Free facilities include WiFi access, BBQ facilities and bicycle rental.
Tours of the estate with tastings of the wines and extra-virgin olive oil are available on request. The nearest train station is in Figline Valdarno, 8 km away. Please note the swimming pool is open between May and September.
