Whether you are staying in a comfortable house, a chalet or a real beach house, the sea is never far away. And of course theres plenty to do in the park itself, ranging from diving in the subtropical swimming pool, arts and crafts in the Koos Kids Club, gaming in the ChillZone or enjoying a drink with a view of the sea in the Beach Club. And with a pizzeria, buffet restaurant and snack bar on site, you are sure to find something that will tickle your fancy each day of your stay. Offering outdoor pool and indoor pool, Roompot Beach Resort is located in Kamperland. It offers self-catering accommodations.

Each unit overlooks the garden, and will provide you with a TV and a terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The private bathroom comes with a shower.

At Roompot Beach Resort you will find a restaurant, a la carte restaurant and buffet restaurant. Other facilities offered at the property include a childrens playground.

Middelburg is 20 km away, while Vlissingen is 30 km. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Roompot Vakanties will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of EUR 65 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local government.

Roompot Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking with information detailed deposit and payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.

Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment.

A security deposit of EUR 65 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation

Please note that the final cleaning is optional: the accommodation must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 60 to EUR 75 will apply. The final cleaning is mandatory for the Three-Bedroom Chalet (EUR 45). Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.95 (bed linen) or EUR 13.95 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels.

Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum.

It is not possible to place extra beds and exceed the maximum capacity of the bungalow.
