The property features a fitness centre and a sauna on-site. A free shuttle service is available (winter time) to take guests to the base of the mountain, and the bus stop is located just steps from the Alpenglow front doors. Concierge is available for guest convenience.

Whistler Blackcomb lifts is a 13 minute walk away and Whistler Olympic Plaza is 4 minute walk away. Nicklaus North Golf Course is also 5 minutes drive away. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and be staying in the property for the duration of the reservation.

Housekeeping services will happen once for stays of 7 days or longer, midway through the stay. Daily housekeeping can be scheduled for an additional fee.
