The property is a no-frills beachfront resort on the East Coast of Singapore, a favourite spot for local families for their outings and celebrations. Guests are welcomed in the air-conditioned hotel's lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe. Guests can dine at the Desires' food and beverage outlet and stay connected during their stay thanks to the Internet access provided.
