Terry and Marje welcome you to the family-run Rose Cottage, a traditional Bed & Breakfast offering cosy, comfortable rooms with Freeview TV, an iPod dock, microwave and a fridge with water and milk.

Rose Cottage provides off-road parking and an undercover cycle lock-up. There is also space for motorcycle parking. You can also make use of the small internet caf.

The bed and breakfast is located midway between Preston and Clitheroe, 4 miles north of Blackburn. The M6 is about 5 miles away, making Rose Cottage a good stopover en route to Scotland. Please inform Rose Cottage Bed&Breakfast in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The hotel is strictly no smoking. Guests found to be smoking, including electronic cigarettes, in the hotel rooms will be additionally charged. There is a designated smoking area at the rear of Rose Cottage.
