Set in private gardens, the Marina Loft & Apartments feature modern dcor and have a spacious lounge-diner with plasma satellite TV, DVD player and safe. Kitchens include a dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee maker. Kitchenware, bed linen and towels are also provided.
The properties are within 10 minutes walk of various bars, restaurants and shops and you can reach Las Arenas Beach in 15 minutes on foot. The City of Arts and Sciences complex is 1 km away.
The Marina Loft & Apartments are 10 minutes walk from Martim Serrera Metro Station and buses to the centre pass 2 minutes walk away. Private parking is available for a fee and Valencia Airport is 20 minutes drive away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Marina Loft & Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
