Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately, Ballito Manor View 505 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (Matric Rage). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.
