The house combines rustic wooden finishes with modern furnishings. It includes free Wi-Fi, a reading room and a lounge with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and electric hob, and there is also a washing machine and 2 barbecues available.
Grape vines, fruit and olive trees are grown on the estate and the property offers some activities related to agriculture. They also organise excursions in the area and activities such as diving, surfing and climbing.
Santa Cruz is 40 minutes drive away, while Tenerife South Airport is a 30-minute drive from Las Vigas Vivencia Rural via the TF1 Motorway. Free private parking is available at the house. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle La Florida, n 40. Icor, 38592 Icor. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:30 carries a EUR 35 surcharge.
