The hotel is located in a rainforest valley, surrounded by waterfalls and streams. There are only a few restaurants and bars within a 30-minute drive of the hotel. There are links to the public transport network and shops nearby in the nearby village of Moriah.

This eco-lodge places the emphasis on personalised service in a total of 10 rooms and suites. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, games room, conference facilities and a laundry service. Guests can wine and dine in the bar and restaurant, whilst those arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the car park.
