The properties are individually styled and decorated. All properties are equipped with cooking facilities, a refrigerator, kitchenware and tea/coffee. Towels are provided in most properties or available for rental. Free toiletries and bed linen are also provided.

Swansea Rail Station is less than a 10 minute drive from the office and guests can find a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the properties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Bay Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
