This complex is situated just 20 metres from Los Narejos beach and is quite close to the thalassotherapy spa centre, the Palacio de Congresos (conference centre), two sports centres, including one for high-performance sports, the theatre, the marina and several shopping areas. Murcia-San Javier Airport is some 30 km from the accommodation.

This air-conditioned apartment hotel was built in 2008 and comprises a total of 52 units. 5 of them are studios, and the rest are executive, standard and deluxe suites, some with terraces. The complex has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, luggage room, 2 lifts, caf bar, Internet access, meeting room and garage (local charge). There is also a bicycle hire service, as well as a laundry service (fees apply).

All of the studios, apartments and suites are fully equipped. Each one comes with a full bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and complete kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Other amenities include individually regulated air conditioning and heating, safety deposit box and balcony/terrace. Studios do not have bedrooms or beds but come with a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Some of these amenities are available for a local charge.
