Just 50 metres from Cattolica beach, the family-run Residence du Parc offer self-catering apartments with satellite TV and a balcony. Cattolica Train Station is a 5-minute drive away.

All air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette with tea/coffee maker. Each balcony is furnished with a table and chairs.

Shops, bars and restaurants are located in the streets surrounding the residence. Guests have a discount on meal prices at a hotel, 800 metres away.

The apartments are 3 km from the A14 Motorway, and a 25-minute drive from Rimini. Private parking is available for an additional daily charge. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Residence Du Parc in advance.
