A damage deposit of DKK 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Sleep in Heaven is a youth hostel and has an age limit of 16 and 35 in shared dorms. In private rooms there is no age limit.

The maximum length of stay is 14 nights. Consecutive weekly stays are not possible.

Sleep in Heaven does not accept groups of 8 or more guests.

Commercial cards issued anywhere, and private cards issued outside of the EU/EEA will be surcharged with a fee which may vary depending on the type of card and country of origin.
