Villa Maria Rarotonga is a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom, split level home, a 10-minute walk from Muri Beach and a 3-minute drive from Matavera Town Centre.
The fully equipped kitchen at this adult only property has a dishwasher, oven and a stove top. Guests can use the flat-screen TV, laptop or iPod dock for entertainment. Please inform Villa Maria in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 550 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children under 16 years of age cannot be accommodated at Villa Maria. Please note that Villa Maria does not accept payments via credit card. You will be contacted by the property to arrange deposit payment via bank transfer. Transfers are available to and from Rarotonga International Airport.
