Transfer from Raglan Aerodrome to North End Motel

North End Motel was built by my parents in 1974 and I grew up here before leaving to travel the world returning in 1997 to take over as manager. The motel is located 4km from the Huntly town centre and is within 5 minutes of the Huntly Placemakers Speedway, 15 minutes of Hampton Downs Motorsport Park and Meremere Dragstrip, 25 minutes of the largest shopping centre in the country (Te Awa/The Base), 30 minutes of Hamilton and an hour to Auckland and Auckland International Airport. We are the only motel in Huntly (SH1) between Hamilton and Auckland. We are located on SH1, so please do not book a room if you think traffic may be an issue to you. Located on the banks of the Waikato River, North End Motel offers fully self-contained accommodation and features an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

All apartments have a kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster and an electric kettle. Each room has electric blankets and a private en suite bathroom with free toiletries. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are also provided. Cooked breakfast and dinner are available upon request. Coffee is also available. All studio rooms have lovely views of the Waikato River.

You can unwind in the games room, which features a TV and free pool table. The motel also features a guest laundry and free parking.

North End Motel is 4 km from the Huntly town centre. Hamptons Down and the Meremere Race Park are less than 15 minutes drive away. Hamilton is a 20-minute drive away, and Auckland Airport is 1 hours drive from the property. Please inform North End Motel in advance of your expected arrival time.
