Accommodations here are surrounded by nature. Each features a private bathroom and mosquito nets, and some of them have hammocks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. All rooms have electricity 3 times per day and guests are offered an eco-friendly toiletries kit upon arrival.
Refugio Amazonas Lodge offers personalized airport shuttle services, as well as several guided tours and activities within the premises. Additional activities can be booked on site for a surcharge.
Located with the Tambopata National Reserve on the backyard, this lodge is only 2 hours far from Puerto Maldonado city. (One hour by bus and one by boat) Please inform Refugio Amazonas Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note extra beds are subject to availability and can only be requested for the Tambopata Traditional Twin Room.
Please note that the property offers airport pickup service for all guests. Transfer from the airport to the property via bus and boat is provided. Transfer-in (from Puerto Maldonado to the lodge): two departures daily at 13:00 and 14:00. Transfer-out (from the lodge to Puerto Maldonado): two departures daily at 07:00 and 08:00 Services after these hours can be arranged for an extra fee.
