The villa is just 1 km away from the village of Gaglietole and nearby Collazzone, which lies on top of an olive-covered hill, almost completely encircled by its defensive walls and almost entirely unspoilt. Todi, around 30 minutes away, offers everything including medieval architecture, a tortuous history, an excellent cathedral, Renaissance monuments and of course numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
This top-notch country property has been purpose-built from top to toe. It was newly built in 2006 and is a stand-alone private villa with a total of 7 rooms. It luxuriates amongst classically wooded Umbrian hillsides and is surrounded by sloping lawned and illuminated gardens, completely fenced in and dotted with olive trees and lies just off a quiet country lane. This property is ideal for a large party of friends, since most bedrooms are en suite, and is also just right for 2 families holidaying together. Parking is available on site.
The ground floor offers a sitting/dining room with an open fireplace, a small kitchen with a dishwasher, a gas hob, an oven and a fridge/freezer, as well as a double room with an en suite bathroom, a WC, a double room with an en suite shower room and a WC and a twin room with a shower room and a WC. On the first floor there is a double room with 4-poster bed and en suite shower room with a WC. Further amenities on offer to guests include a TV and a washing machine.
This villa has a fabulous outdoor terraced swimming pool with a bleeding edge and guests can relax on the sun terrace with its sun loungers and parasols.
