Each has an en suite bathroom, and all linen, towels and toiletries are provided. A selection of teas and coffees are available from reception from 09:00 to 21:00. The refurbished bathrooms all have low flow taps and dual flush toilets and the lighting, fridges and washing machines are energy efficient. The building has been heavily insulated and the carpet is 100% undyed wool.

Troldhaugen Lodge - Adults Only is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Jindabyne. It is a 35-minute drive from Cooma Snowy Mountains Airport and a 25-minute drive from Coolamatong Country Sports Club. The ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo are both 38 km away.
