Victoria Square Apartments Broadbeach are 10 minutes walk from Jupiters Casino and the popular Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Gold Coast Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
An outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness centre and BBQ area are available for guests use. WiFi is available at a small additional cost.
Laundry facilities and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave are standard in all apartments. Each air-conditioned apartment has a spacious living area with cable TV.
The hotel also offers a tour desk that can book tickets to the Gold Coast theme parks. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Victoria Square Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 0.88% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card, and a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
A cash bond of $500.00 is required per apartment or a $250 security bond which can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorisation. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages.
Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays and 12 noon on weekends. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange a credit card pre-authorisation and after hours key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be cancelled.
There is a charge if you arrive outside of reception opening hours.
