According to the location of the apartments the beach is no more than 400 m away. The grounds affords wonderful views over the opposite lying island archipelago of Maddalena and the Costa Smeralda. The town offers an array of shopping and entertainment facilities and is situated around 5 km from the residence.

This complex comprises a total of 60 apartments. Guests can find a bar, a pizzeria and the II Paguro restaurant. For children aged between 4 and 12 years old, a kids club is provided as well as a playground.
