Salford Quays is a historic waterfront destination, situated just 15 minutes by tram from Manchester city centre. Manchester Uniteds Old Trafford stadium is just a 10-minute walk. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be aware that cash payments are not accepted.

The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Parties, loud music, or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Guests behaving irresponsibly will be asked to leave immediately by the on-site security staff.
