This small apartment complex opened its doors in 2007 and comprises one 4-storey building. Lift access is provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the open-air car park (fees apply).

Each apartment features modern dcor and comprises 2 to 3 double rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with views of the garden. Facilities include TV set, fridge, ceramic hob cooker, microwave, tea pot, Italian coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating units come as standard.

The apartments have a shared outdoor swimming pool.
