The Casa Calina is a newly renovated guest house with a large garden in a quiet location in Carona, with beautiful views over Lake Lugano. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Each room at Casa Calina has its own terrace offering superb views of the mountains of Ticino, Lake Lugano and the surrounding area. 3 rooms share a common bathroom. A kitchen and dining room for the guests use are available as well.
A rich breakfast buffet is available in the partner hotel Villa Carona or, weather permitting, in the Mediterranean garden with superb views of Monte Generoso. The Ristorante La Sosta also belongs to the same owners and is open daily except on Wednesdays.

The village of Carona enjoys a unique location between Monte San Salvatore and Monte Arbostora. Lake Lugano can be reached by bus in 10 minutes. Check-in and check-out take place in the Hotel Villa Carona in the centre of the village (Piazza Noseed, 6914 Carona). Breakfast is also served there. Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the Canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services.
