Divided in two levels, the 4-bedroom villa of Xenos opens to balconies and a furnished sun terrace. It features a kitchen with dining area, fridge and a stove. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a game console and free Wi-Fi access are included. One of the bathrooms has a shower cabin with hydromassage jets.

The centre of Tigaki village, where restaurants and mini markets are featured, lies within a short walk from Xenos Villa. The main town of Kos is at 10 km, while Kos Airport is 15 km away. Free private parking is possible on site.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Nov 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
