Hostel Solvikens common room features a selection of games, books and magazines, while the garden provides plenty of space for various activities. Bicycles and canoes can be rented on site. It also has a bicycle storage and service room.

Shops and restaurants are available in Trans, 20 minutes drive from the hostel. The Asby Alpin ski slopes are 8 km away, while cross-country ski trails are found just outside the hostel. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own.
