Offering up to 80-sqm of living space, the apartment comes decorated in an industrial loft theme with exposed brick walls and cool-toned furniture pieces. Amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and a washing machine. Theres also a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, electric kettle and a large fridge. The bathroom has both a bathtub ans shower and are fitted with free toiletries.

Local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are all located within walking distance of the apartment. Nearby attractions include Phuket FantaSea and the beach clubs such as HQ Beach Lounge and Caf Del Mar can all be reached within a 10-minute drive. Please inform Unique Loft Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cleaning service, towels and bed linen are provided once per week for guests staying for 5 nights or longer.

Please note that guests are offered with free 20 units of electricity consumption per day. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 6 per electrical unit.
