Transfer from Inca Manco Capac International Airport to The Real House

Only 100 metres from Floral Avenue, The Real House offers rooms with free WiFi and cable TV in Puno. Breakfast is provided and there is a shared kitchen and a terrace. The railway station is 250 metres away.

Decorated with tiled floors and wooden furnishing, rooms at The Real House have large windows with floor-to-ceiling curtains. All of them have private bathrooms with hot running water. Laundry service is provided.

An American breakfast is served daily.

Guests can relax on the terrace or book excursions at the tour desk. Luggage storage and currency exchange services are available. The shared kitchen includes kitchenware, a microwave and a refrigerator.

There is a TV lounge with cable TV and a DVD player.

Airport shuttles can be arranged. The Real House is 1.3 km from Plaza del Faro Square. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
