Island View Villa Accommodation is located directly opposite the beach and is a 6-minute walk to the ferry terminal which connects you to Penguin Island and Seal Island. It is a 7-minute drive from Rockingham Shopping Centre and a 45-minute drive from Perth Airport.

All air-conditioned villas feature a fully equipped kitchen. They offer indoor/outdoor dining areas and a lounge area with flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is also a washing machine.
