Should a guest be unable to produce a valid credit card a cash deposit to the value of 200 will be required. This deposit will be refunded on check-out following a satisfactory room inspection and once all outstanding room charges have been settled. The property reserves the right retain any portion of this deposit as a result of damages or should other guests need to be compensated as a result of antisocial behaviours.

The credit card held on file against your room will be charged if there is damage to the room and/or its contents, if additional cleaning is needed, or if there is damage to any part of the property as result of actions of the room occupants or guests they bring onto the property. The amount charged is at the discretion of the property.

Peacockes Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking within the property will result in an automatic charge of 150 fine being taken from the credit card held against your reservation
