We are Montauks most pet friendly property. Only dogs allowed. Guests must alert the hotel in advance if they are bringing a dog. A $300 non-refundable, non-negotiable pet fee is charged upon arrival and covers up to two dogs. Dogs may accompany their owners throughout the property, including by the pool and in the restaurant, but are not allowed to be on the furniture, e.g., pool day beds, lobby furniture or chairs in the restaurant. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sole East Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note, the deposit and cancellation policies apply to single night reservations.
For multiple night reservations, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 50 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
