Berghouse and Cottages is situated in a rural setting, high up in the Northern Drakensberg Hills, 30 km from Bergville. Free WiFi is available in each room of cottage.

The cottages offer views of the Drakensberg mountains and each has a patio with a garden, tea-and-coffee making facilities and a log fireplace.

The Royal Natal park in approx. 16kms from us and has many lovely hiking trails. On site we offer hiking and biking trails, horseriding and fishing. Activities offered on or in the surrounding area include horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, fishing, bird watching, and 4x4 trails.

The Royal Natal National Park is a 15-minute drive from Berghouse and Cottages. Please inform Berghouse and Cottages in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3 km unpaved road which has to be taken to reach the property.
